General Overview The AY series of oil pumps is a redesigned and upgraded version based on the original Y series. Developed to meet the needs of modernization and to facilitate the rapid replacement of equipment with a focus on energy conservation, this new product features the following characteristics: 1. The bearing housing components have been updated from the original 35, 50, and 60 bearing housings to 45, 55, and 70 bearing housings, thereby enhancing reliability. 2. The hydraulic flow passages adopt the hydraulic design of high-efficiency, energy-saving pumps, resulting in an average efficiency that is 5–8% higher than that of the original Y series pumps. 3. To ensure design continuity, the structural configuration and installation dimensions of the AY series pumps remain consistent with those of the Y series.
I. Product Overview The “Zhonglian” brand high-efficiency, energy-saving LXL series slurry pumps are designed based on the slurry pump theory of “relative suction and relative blockage,” ensuring that the hydraulic performance of the pump’s wet-end components conforms to the flow characteristics of slurry. This significantly reduces erosion and wear caused by the slurry on the flow passages, thereby greatly enhancing the pump’s operational efficiency and service life. The LXL series boasts the following notable features: 1. High efficiency and energy savings: The pump’s operating efficiency is, on average, 3–10 percentage points higher than that of conventional pulp pumps, with energy savings and reduced consumption ranging from 15% to 30%; 2. Excellent cavitation resistance and extended service life: The actual service life can be 2–3 times longer than that of conventional pulp pumps.
