I. Product Overview

The “Zhonglian”-brand high-efficiency, energy-saving LXL series slurry pumps employ the hydraulic design principle of “relative suction and relative blockage” from slurry pump theory, ensuring that the hydraulic performance of the pump’s wet-end components conforms to the flow characteristics of slurry. This reduces erosion and wear caused by the slurry on the wet-end parts, thereby significantly enhancing the pump’s operational efficiency and service life. This series of pumps features the following notable characteristics:

1. High efficiency and energy savings: Operating efficiency is, on average, 3–10 percentage points higher than that of conventional pulp pumps, resulting in energy savings and reduced consumption of 15–30%.

2. Excellent cavitation performance and long service life: the actual service life is 2–3 times longer than that of conventional pulp pumps.

3. High concentration, no clogging: the pulp can be conveyed at a concentration of up to 6%;

4. Rational structure and convenient maintenance: The pump head features a front-and-rear door-opening design, eliminating the need to dismantle the piping during maintenance. Simply move the motor rearward to access and disassemble the pump for servicing.

This series of pumps is particularly suitable for the following industries:
