What are the main equipments in the sugar making process?

The sugar cane sugar production process includes:
 
1 juice. The cane stems are cut by the rapidly rotating knife group on the belt of the press workshop, and then crushed by a tearing machine, and then the cane juice is sequentially squeezed through 4 to 7 three-roll presses. The cane juice flowing out of the tearing machine and the first press is called a mixed juice.
 
 
 
2 clean. The mixed juice contains various non-sugars and must be cleaned before further processing. A widely used method is lime method and sulfite purification method. The lime method is mostly used to make sugar cane raw sugar.
 
 
 
3 evaporation. After the cleaned clear juice is preheated, it is placed in a vertical-type evaporation can containing a heated steam drum, and hot steam is introduced to cause the juice to be heated and evaporated to be syrup which can be used to boil sugar crystals.
 
 
 
4 boil sugar, help crystal, honey. The syrup is pumped into a sugar canister and further heated to evaporate under vacuum. After the evaporation is concentrated to a certain degree of supersaturation, the sugar powder can be put into the crystal. Subsequently, the syrup or molasses is continuously added to gradually grow the crystal grains until a sugar paste having a crystal ratio and a mother liquid concentration in accordance with the regulations is formed in the entire tank, and the can is put into the tank. The released sugar paste flows into the honey-splitting machine through the crystal-assisting tank, and the mother liquor is separated by centrifugal force, and the crystal sugar remaining in the machine is washed with water, and is discharged into a dried sugar product. The separated mother liquor, that is, molasses, can also be used for the second and third time of cooking sugar and honey.
 
 
 
5 raw sugar refining. First, the molasses is added to the raw juice for washing, and then separated again by a centrifuge, and the crystal grains are washed, a small amount of lime milk is added and filtered with diatomaceous earth; and then the fine sugar liquid is obtained by decolorization.
